18 stone 10lbs / 262lbs

down 7 lbs without even trying really
which is always nice to see
and ive had a few days where i had mcdonalds for every meal aswell
god knows whats going on
i have been running up stairs at work all week so maybe thats it
i have no idea

breakfast - porridge with skimmed/hazelnut milk and truvia sweetener [130][50][0]
lunch - heinz squeeze and stir minestrone soup sachet [80]
dinner - swede and sweet potato crush [150]
snack -
